通过相关资料的收集整理，分析了全日制工程硕士培养模式的研究意义和研究现状，针对全日制工程硕士培养中存在的问题，拟定科学合理的研究内容，采用切实可行的研究方法，对师资队伍建设、培养方案构建、培养平台打造、校企联合培养机制完善等进行研究和实践，可以创新基于化学工程视角的全日制工程硕士培养模式。

Through collecting and sorting of related data , the research significance and status of the cultivation model of the full -time master of engineering are analyzed.Aiming at the existing problems of the cultivation of the full -time master of engineering, the scientific and reasonable research contents are drafted .The feasible research methods are adopted to study and to practice constructing the teachers , creating the training program, building the training platform, improving the school enterprise joint training mechanism.The cultivation model of the full -time master of engineering in chemical engineering is innovated.
