药品是特殊商品，在药品生产、销售及使用过程中都必须确保药品的有效性和安全性。世界各国对药品的生产、销售和使用都特别重视，对从业人员提出了严格要求。本文对中国执业药师准入制度、中国执业药师继续教育、中国执业药师执业标准和执业监管制度进行综述，进而对中国执业药师制度的现状进行分析和思考，为完善我国执业药师制度提出建议。

Drugs are special commodities.Protecting the efficiency and safety of drugs is an essential part in the procedure of production, sale, and use.In recent years, it has been getting more and more attentions in the world , which lead to the strict requirements to licensed pharmacists .In this paper, the access rules system, continuing education, standards, and supervisory of licensed pharmacists in China were reviewed .Furthermore, the current situation of licensed pharmacists system in China was analyzed.Finally, some suggestions were proposed for Chinese licensed pharmacists system improvements.
