随着油田开发的不断深入,单井井况的差异凸显,常规单螺杆泵已无法满足采油作业要求,为此,对单螺杆泵的优化设计进行研究。查阅国内外相关资料,从单螺杆泵型线、排量、定转子过盈量这三个方面入手,对其进行优化设计分析。得到了单螺杆泵优化设计的基本思路与方法,并在其基础上提出了新的优化设计构想。

With the development of oil field , the difference of single well is obvious , the conventional single screw pump can not meet the requirements of oil production , studying optimal design of single screw pump .Access to domestic and foreign relevant information, from the three aspects about single screw pump type line , displacement, fixed rotor interference to analysis of its optimal design .Get the basic ideas and methods of optimal design of single screw pump , and present new optimal design idea on it .
