目的：探究分析针灸疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者症状体征总积分的影响。方法：选取近两年在我院接受治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者80例为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和试验组，每组40人，对照组采用物理疗法，试验组加用针灸疗法，经不同方式治疗后观察并比较两组患者的症状体征总积分[1]。结果：试验组治疗后的症状体征总积分为（3.97±1.13）分，明显低于对照组治疗后的（9.03±2.91）分，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：应用针灸疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能够显著改善患者的症状、体征，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。

목적：탐구분석침구요법대추동맥형경추병환자증상체정총적분적영향。방법：선취근량년재아원접수치료적추동맥형경추병환자80례위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조화시험조，매조40인，대조조채용물리요법，시험조가용침구요법，경불동방식치료후관찰병비교량조환자적증상체정총적분[1]。결과：시험조치료후적증상체정총적분위（3.97±1.13）분，명현저우대조조치료후적（9.03±2.91）분，량조차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：응용침구요법치료추동맥형경추병능구현저개선환자적증상、체정，제고환자적생활질량，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the inlfuence of acupuncture on the symptom score of cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups of 40 people;the control group received physical therapy;the experimental group was given the acupuncture. Results:In the experimental group, after treatment the total score of symptoms and signs was (3.97 ± 1.13) points, signiifcantly lower than (9.03 ± 2.91) points in the control group;the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of acupuncture for cervical vertebral artery disease can signiifcantly improve symptoms, signs, and the quality of life , is worthy of promotion.
