基于2000，2005和2010年三期 TM 遥感影像解译土地利用数据，应用多样化指数、洛伦兹曲线、威弗-托马斯组合系数和区位指数等土地利用结构定量分析指标，对福州10年间土地利用变化特征进行分析，并应用马尔科夫模型对福州未来15年土地利用进行预测。结果表明，福州土地利用程度整体较高；土地利用特点区域空间差异明显。其中，仓山区土地利用类型最丰富，晋安区土地利用优势度高，马尾区土地利用方式变化幅度最大。预测到2025年，福州城市建设用地持续扩展并还将占用大量耕地。
기우2000，2005화2010년삼기 TM 요감영상해역토지이용수거，응용다양화지수、락륜자곡선、위불-탁마사조합계수화구위지수등토지이용결구정량분석지표，대복주10년간토지이용변화특정진행분석，병응용마이과부모형대복주미래15년토지이용진행예측。결과표명，복주토지이용정도정체교고；토지이용특점구역공간차이명현。기중，창산구토지이용류형최봉부，진안구토지이용우세도고，마미구토지이용방식변화폭도최대。예측도2025년，복주성시건설용지지속확전병환장점용대량경지。
Based on the data of Landsat TM for Fuzhou City in 2000,2005 and 2010,the land use changes in Fuzhou were analyzed during the past ten years,applying the diversity index,Lorenz Curve,Weaver-Tomas combination coefficient as well as location quotient.And the Markov model was used to forecast the land use of Fuzhou in the next 15 years.The results showed that the land use degree in Fuzhou was in a high level as a whole,and there was great difference among the districts.Among which,the Cangshan district had the richest land-use types,Jinan district had the highest dominance index and Mawei district changed most in the way of using its land.The Markov model predicts that by 2025,Fuzhou's urban construction land will continue to expand and will take up a lot of arable land.
