目的：研究青春期痤疮与中医体质类型的相关性，探讨青春期痤疮发病的影响因素，为痤疮的防治提供依据。方法：运用《中医体质分类与判定表》和自制的《青春期痤疮影响因素调查表》对株洲地区部分高校752例青春期痤疮患者和191例健康志愿者实施问卷调查，并对两组的体质类型、皮肤类型、饮食习惯、心理因素、睡眠情况、接触电脑时间、使用面部清洁物、排便情况等进行对照分析。结果：①两组人群的体质类型构成比有统计学意义（P<0.001）。痤疮组湿热质、痰湿质的构成比高于对照组。②多因素Logistic回归分析显示，偏嗜辛辣油腻甜食、每天长时间接触电脑、晚睡为痤疮发病的危险因素，常用面部清洁物为降低痤疮发病的保护性因素。结论：痤疮的发病与体质相关，湿热质、痰湿质是青春期痤疮患者的好发体质；痤疮发病受饮食习惯、长时间接触电脑、晚睡、是否常用面部清洁物等多方面因素的影响。
목적：연구청춘기좌창여중의체질류형적상관성，탐토청춘기좌창발병적영향인소，위좌창적방치제공의거。방법：운용《중의체질분류여판정표》화자제적《청춘기좌창영향인소조사표》대주주지구부분고교752례청춘기좌창환자화191례건강지원자실시문권조사，병대량조적체질류형、피부류형、음식습관、심리인소、수면정황、접촉전뇌시간、사용면부청길물、배편정황등진행대조분석。결과：①량조인군적체질류형구성비유통계학의의（P<0.001）。좌창조습열질、담습질적구성비고우대조조。②다인소Logistic회귀분석현시，편기신랄유니첨식、매천장시간접촉전뇌、만수위좌창발병적위험인소，상용면부청길물위강저좌창발병적보호성인소。결론：좌창적발병여체질상관，습열질、담습질시청춘기좌창환자적호발체질；좌창발병수음식습관、장시간접촉전뇌、만수、시부상용면부청길물등다방면인소적영향。
Objective:To study the relationship between adolescent acne and TCM constitution types and to discuss the inlfuence factors of adolescent acne, and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of acne. Methods:752 patients with adolescent acne and 191 healthy volunteers were surveyed via Chinese Medicine Constitution Classiifcation and Decision Table and The Questionnaires about Inlfuence Factors of Adolescent Acne, and the constitutional types, skin types, dietary habits, psychological factors, and sleep quality, duration of computer contact, applying facial cleanness and defecation of people were comparative analyzed in the two groups. Results: ① The statistical difference of constituent ratio of constitution types in two groups was signiifcant (P<0.001). The constituent ratio of dampness heat type and phlegm dampness type in the acne group was higher.②The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the spicy greasy sweet food, computer contact for a long time, sleep late were the risk factors of acne, and applying facial cleanness commonly could reduce the risk of acne. Conclusion:The onset of acne was associated with constitution. Dampness-heat and phlegm-dampness constitution type were the main constitution types of adolescent patients. Adolescent acne was inlfuenced by dietary habits, sleep late, long-term exposure to the computer, applying facial cleanness commonly and so on.
