目的:探讨VEGF、IL-6、IL-8在EMT发病中的作用和相互关系,以及用于临床诊断的价值。方法:用ELISA法检测53例EMT患者和40例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及20例正常女性血清、腹腔液中的VEGF、IL-6、IL-8。结果:EMT组血清及腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平显著高于对照组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,且三种因子水平两两呈正相关。结论:EMT患者血清和腹腔液中的VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平明显增高,与EMT的发生发展密切相关,且三者存在协同促进作用,可作为诊断、判断疾病严重程度及疗效的重要指标。

목적:탐토VEGF、IL-6、IL-8재EMT발병중적작용화상호관계,이급용우림상진단적개치。방법:용ELISA법검측53례EMT환자화40례란소량성종류환자급20례정상녀성혈청、복강액중적VEGF、IL-6、IL-8。결과:EMT조혈청급복강액중VEGF、IL-6、IL-8수평현저고우대조조,Ⅲ~Ⅳ기명현고우Ⅰ~Ⅱ기,차삼충인자수평량량정정상관。결론:EMT환자혈청화복강액중적VEGF、IL-6、IL-8수평명현증고,여EMT적발생발전밀절상관,차삼자존재협동촉진작용,가작위진단、판단질병엄중정도급료효적중요지표。
ObjectiveTo investigate the role of VEGF、IL-6、IL-8 on pathogenesis of endometriosis and study the correla-tion of the three, to explore their value for clinical diagnosis.Methods The levels of VEGF, IL-6 and IL-8 in serum and perito-neal fluid of 53 patients with endometriosis、40 patients with benign ovarian diseas and 20 cases of healthy women were detected by ELISA.ResultsThe levels of VEGF, IL-6, IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid in endometriosis group were significantly higher than that in control groups. The levels in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ. The levels of the three factors in peritoneal fluid and serum in endometriosis group showed a positive correlation between each other.Conclusion The levels of VEGF, IL-6, IL-8 in peritoneal fluid and serum in EMT group were significantly higher, indicating that the three factors play an important role in EMT and the three have a synergistic effect in EMT. The serum levels of the three factors can be used as an important indicator for diagnostics, determining the severity and efficacy.
