通过正交试验方法对保温砂浆的性能指标进行了研究,得到初步配合比,在此基础上研究了玄武岩纤维的添加对复合保温砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,玄武岩纤维的掺入对复合保温砂浆试件的抗压强度、压折比有明显的改善效果,对材料的导热系数改善效果不明显。

The research on performance index of thermal insulation mortar is carried out through orthogonal test method, preliminary mixture ratio is obtained, on the basis, the influence of adding basalt fiber on thermal insulation mor-tar is studied. The result shows that the effects of adding basalt fiber on compressive strength and crushing ratio of compos-ite insulation mortar are obviously improved. However, improving effect on thermal conductivity of materials is not obvious.
