目的：研究分析肱骨干骨折手术后不愈合使用钢板内固定加植骨治疗的效果。方法根据2011年1月～2012年6月我院的48例肱骨干骨折手术不愈合患者来进行研究分析，为患者使用钢板内固定和植骨治疗，对这些患者的临床治疗情况进行分析，探讨骨折愈合效果和并发症情况。结果全部患者都获得了良好的手术效果，在回访中发现，有46例患者的骨折愈合良好，有2例患者有伤口感染情况，骨折不愈合，并且有3例患者桡神经损伤，患者的骨关节以及肘关节恢复良好，有46例患者对研究表示满意。结论肱骨干骨折手术患者骨不愈合可以选择钢板内固定加植骨治疗，使用后患者的骨愈合情况良好，临床可以优先选择该种治疗方式。
목적：연구분석굉골간골절수술후불유합사용강판내고정가식골치료적효과。방법근거2011년1월～2012년6월아원적48례굉골간골절수술불유합환자래진행연구분석，위환자사용강판내고정화식골치료，대저사환자적림상치료정황진행분석，탐토골절유합효과화병발증정황。결과전부환자도획득료량호적수술효과，재회방중발현，유46례환자적골절유합량호，유2례환자유상구감염정황，골절불유합，병차유3례환자뇨신경손상，환자적골관절이급주관절회복량호，유46례환자대연구표시만의。결론굉골간골절수술환자골불유합가이선택강판내고정가식골치료，사용후환자적골유합정황량호，림상가이우선선택해충치료방식。
Objective To study the effect of the treatment of nonunion of humeral shaft fracture after surgical treatment. Methods From January 2011 to June 2012, 48 patients with humeral shaft fractures were treated with internal ifxation and bone graft, and the clinical treatment of these patients were analyzed, and the effect of fracture healing and complications were analyzed. Results All patients achieved good results. In return visit, there were 46 cases of patients with fracture healing well, 2 cases of patients with wound infection, fracture nonunion, and 3 cases of patients with radial nerve injury, patients with bone joint and elbow joint recovery is good, there are 46 cases of patients with satisfactory.Conclusion The treatment of nonunion of humeral shaft fractures in patients with bone nonunion can be treated by using bone plate ifxation and bone healing, and the healing of bone is good.
