目的：观察癫狂梦醒汤对兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)血管基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP 9)表达的影响,以期为癫狂梦醒汤抗 AS提供理论依据。方法将32只日本大耳白兔随机分成空白对照组、模型组、癫狂梦醒汤组。采用高脂喂饲制作 AS模型。第12周末观察动脉血管内膜厚度,免疫组化法观察MMP 9蛋白表达。结果以高脂喂养成功建立 AS模型,模型组血管内膜增厚,MMP 9蛋白表达明显增强；癫狂梦醒汤组血管内膜变薄,MMP 9蛋白表达明显下降(P<0.01)。结论癫狂梦醒汤可抑制 MMP 9蛋白表达,明显抑制 AS发生发展。

목적：관찰전광몽성탕대토동맥죽양경화(AS)혈관기질금속단백매9(MMP 9)표체적영향,이기위전광몽성탕항 AS제공이론의거。방법장32지일본대이백토수궤분성공백대조조、모형조、전광몽성탕조。채용고지위사제작 AS모형。제12주말관찰동맥혈관내막후도,면역조화법관찰MMP 9단백표체。결과이고지위양성공건립 AS모형,모형조혈관내막증후,MMP 9단백표체명현증강；전광몽성탕조혈관내막변박,MMP 9단백표체명현하강(P<0.01)。결론전광몽성탕가억제 MMP 9단백표체,명현억제 AS발생발전。
Objective To investigate the effects of Diankuang Mengxing decoction(DMD)on the protein expression of matrix metal o-proteinase 9 (MMP 9)in rabbits with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods Thiry two Japan big ear white rabbits were randomly di-vided into normal control group,model group,and DMD group.The atherosclerosis model was established with high fat diet.Al rab-bits were sacrificed at the end of the 12th week.Aortae was analyzed by histopathological examination.The protein expression of MMP 9 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results There were severe pathological lesions in model group.DMD could di-minish greatly thickness of endomembrane.There were more protein expression of MMP 9 in model group.the protein expression of MMP 9 was reduced significantly in DKMXT group.Conclusion DMD can inhibit the expression of MMP 9,which may be contribu-ted to anti atherosclerosis in rabbits with atherosclerosis.
