目的:观察研究人参皂苷Rh2对糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤的改善作用,并初步探讨其对糖尿病大鼠心肌氧化应激的影响,为DCM的临床防治提供新的手段.方法通过形态观察、心功能测定以及应用生物试剂盒和ELISA方法,检测观察STZ诱发的DM大鼠血清和心肌组织,主要研究下列问题:1)人参皂苷Rh2对DM大鼠心肌的保护作用;2)人参皂苷Rh2对DM大鼠心肌损伤过程中氧化应激作用的影响.结果人参皂苷Rh2可降低血清及心肌组织MDA含量,降低心肌组织8-OHdG水平,提高血清和心肌组织抗氧化酶SOD,CAT和GSH-Px活性(P<0.05).结论人参皂苷Rh2对DM大鼠心肌具有保护作用,其改善机制部分是通过清除大鼠心肌组织内ROS、提高抗氧化酶活性、降低大鼠体内氧化应激水平而实现的.

Objective To study the effect of ginsenoside Rh2 on myocardial injury in diabetic rats,to explore its influence on oxidative stress in diabetic rats,and to provide a new method for clinical prevention and treatment of DCM. Method The serum indexes and myocardial tissues of the diabetic rats induced by STZ were detected and observed through morphological observation, cardiac function measurement, application of biological reagent kit and ELISA detection method. The following questions were investigated:1 ) the protective effects of ginsenoside Rh2 on myocardium in diabetic rats;2 ) the influences of ginsenoside Rh2 on oxidative stress in the process of myocardial injury in diabetic rats. Results Ginsenoside Rh2 could decrease the content of MDA in serum and myocardium,reduce the level of 8-OHdG in myocardial tissue,improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in serum and myocardium(P<0. 05). Conclusion Ginsenoside Rh2 has protective effect on myocardium in diabetic rats. Its improvement mechanism may enhance the activity of antioxidant enzyme, and reduce the level of oxidative stress in rats through the clearance of ROS in myocardium.
