目的：观察加味六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者74例，随机分为两组，每组各37例，治疗组给予加味六君子汤，对照组给予胃复春片，观察两组患者治疗前后症状积分，胃镜下黏膜变化及病理变化、总体疗效。结果治疗组在总有效率，症状积分及胃镜下黏膜变化及病理变化上均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论加味六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意。

목적：관찰가미륙군자탕치료비위허약형만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법선택비위허약형만성위축성위염환자74례，수궤분위량조，매조각37례，치료조급여가미륙군자탕，대조조급여위복춘편，관찰량조환자치료전후증상적분，위경하점막변화급병리변화、총체료효。결과치료조재총유효솔，증상적분급위경하점막변화급병리변화상균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。결론가미륙군자탕치료비위허약형만성위축성위염료효만의。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Liujunzi decoction for the treatment of spleen - stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Seventy four patients with spleen - stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 37)and control group(n = 37). Patients in the treatment group were given modified Liujunzi decoction, and the control group gave patients Weifuchun tablets. Both groups were observed before and after treatment in terms of symptoms integral,changes of mucosa under gastroscopy and pathological change,as well as the o-verall effect. Results The total efficiency in treatment group,including symptoms and endoscopic mucosal changes and pathological changes were better than those of the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen - stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis is satisfactory.
