针对单级反激式光伏并网微逆变器开关损耗大以及容易产生高频电压尖峰的问题,研究双级反激式有源钳位变换器。采用有源钳位电路,使逆变器在吸收漏感磁能的同时实现零电压开通。为减小输出电流纹波,双反激管通过正弦脉宽调制实现交错导通工作模式;并根据双反激变化器负载可能出现不平衡,建立微逆变系统等效数学模型和等效电路,推导硬件设计参数和计算公式。最后通过软件仿真与样机实验的对比,验证双反激式逆变器控制原理和元器件设计选择的正确性。

An interleaved flyback active clamp converter has been developed to solve the large switching loss and high-frequency voltage spike of single-stage flyback grid-connected microinverters. This converter can absorb leakage magnetic and realize zero-voltage switching at the same time. The working mode of interleaved conduction was achieved through pulse width modulation to lessen output current ripples. As the load of the converter may be unbalanced, an equivalent mathematical model and equivalent circuit for microinverter system are established to deduce the design parameters and calculation formula of hardware circuit. In the end, the control principle and components of the interleaved flyback active clamp converter were verified correct by comparing software emulation with prototype experiment.
