针对风洞捕获轨迹试验中外挂物的位置和姿态角难以被直观观察的问题,建立一套基于SolidWorks技术的三维可视化系统。通过介绍开发环境和轨迹显示系统的总体结构,利用描述软件根据位姿信息对外挂物模型进行位姿变换,并在运功分析的同时进行了动态模拟外挂物的运动,实现了运动分析的可视化仿真。仿真结果表明:该系统可实现外挂物分离过程的实时显示,便于直观了解外挂物在投放过程中的位姿状态,对提高分析人员的决策速度和工作效率具有重要意义。

Aiming at the problem that the position and attitude angle of the object in the test of the acquisition trail of the wind tunnel is difficult to be directly observed, a 3D visualization system based on SolidWorks technology is established. By introduced the overall structure of the development environment and the trajectory display system, described the position and pose transformation of the model of the external environment of the pose information, on the analysis of the work at the same time, the dynamic simulation of the plug was carried out, to achieved a motion analysis visual simulation. The simulation results show that the system can realize the real-time display of the separation process of the plug, so it is important to understand the position and posture of the plug in the process.
