从资助项数和经费、资助率、学部分布、职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构、性别结构等方面可以看出，华南师范大学的科学研究取得了较好的发展。但是，与全国平均情况和广东部分高校相比，仍然需要进一步注重人才引进工作，注重学科之间的平衡，注重科研管理作用的发挥，注重年轻科研骨干、女性科研骨干和职称、学历较低科研人员的培养。

From the item number and funds, rate of aid, division distribution, professional title structure, ac-ademic structure, age structure, sex structure,it can be seen that South China Normal university's scientific re-search achieved good development.However, compared with the national average and some universities in Guang-dong, it still needs to further pay attention to talent introduction work, to the balance between disciplines, to its role in scientific research management, and to the cultivation of young scienfific research backbone.Women scien-tific research backbone and scientific researchers who are comparatively lower in professional titles and degree.
