目的:编制护士专业精神问卷,并对其信、效度进行检验。方法采用文献研究和半结构式访谈法编制护士专业精神初始调查问卷,并对便利抽样法选取的重庆市5所三级甲等综合性医院的730名护士进行调查,测量问卷的信度、效度。结果问卷的总体信度系数为0.737,5因子的信度系数为0.778~0.865,问卷重测信度为0.832;各条目内容效度 I-CVI为0.833~1.000,平均内容效度 S-CVI 为0.859;5个因子累计方差贡献率66.536%;验证性因素分析显示,χ2=78.96,df=59,χ2/df=1.34, RMSEA<0.05,NNFI、CFI、IFI、GFI均≥0.90。结论护士专业精神问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以推广应用。

Objective To develop a questionnaire of nurse professionalism and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The draft questionnaire was formulated after literature review and semi-structured interview. With convenience sampling, 730 nurses from five first-class general hospitals participated in the investigation with the questionnaire then the reliability and validity of it was measured. Results The overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.737. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients for the 5 factors were 0.778~0.865. And the test-retest reliability was 0.832. I-CVI,0.833 1.000 and S-CVI 0.859. Factor analysis showed the five extracted factors accounted for 66.536% of the total variance. And the confirmatory factor analysis showed a good overall fit of this five factor model, χ2=78.96, df=59, χ2/df=1.34, RMSEA<0.05, NNFI, CFI, IFI, GFI were all above 0.90. Conclusion Questionnaire of nurse professionalism has good reliability and validity, and can be used to test nurse ’s professionalism.
