为提高动态光散射(dynamic light scattering,DLS)纳米粒度仪测量准确度与稳定性、适应JJG 1104———2015《动态光散射粒度分析仪检定规程》要求,通过系统分析仪器噪声来源与影响程度,将接收光强信号分为3部分,推导出光强信号自相关函数的数学式,并从其物理意义出发,提出针对性的噪声剔除方法。通过搭建仪器软硬件平台进行实验,可以看出仪器示值误差<7%,重复性为0.9%,表明噪声剔除方法有效,能满足规程要求。

Noise source and influence level have been systematically analyzed to meet the regulation JJG 1104———2015 and to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of nano particle analyzer based on dynamic light scattering (DLS). The light intensity signal received was divided into three parts to derive a mathematical formula for self correlation function. A noise-eliminating method was put forwarded from the physical significance of the signal. According to the experiments conducted on both software and hardware platforms, it can be seen that the instrument indication error is less than 7% and the repeatability is 0.9%,which indicates that the method is effective and the instrument can meet the requirements of the regulation.
