Northern Fujian has rich cultural heritage, tradition and cultural heritage protection is facing problems. This article is based on the perspective of digital resources, combined with the practice of Wuyi University Library Special Digital Resource construction and protection of local culture, to discuss the construction characteristics of digital resources. Library should be combined with professional features, the core of which the land grab culture through sharing mode, the unique characteristics of the construction of digital resources.
