The emergence of individual enterprises Wuyi Yancha rare earth content exceed the standard problem in regular inspection in Fujian Province, a hidden danger to the safety and quality of Wuyi rock tea. This paper aims to introduce the status quo, Wuyi rock tea industry development and the quality and safety carries on the detailed analysis of the factors affecting the Wuyi rock tea quality and safety, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
