目的：探讨扶正合剂联合 CEF 方案治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的56例乳腺癌患者，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各28例，其中对照组采用辅助化疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用扶正合剂，观察并比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率为82.1%，明显高于对照组总有效率57.1%，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。两组患者治疗前的生存质量比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；治疗后两组患者的生存质量均高于治疗前（P <0.05），且治疗组生存质量提高优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗组白细胞下降率为14.3%，明显低于对照组白细胞下降率39.3%，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）；治疗组恶心呕吐发生率为10.7%，明显低于对照组恶心呕吐发生率35.7%，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。两组患者治疗后谷胱甘肽转移酶和 P -糖蛋白的表达情况比较，治疗组阳性表达率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论扶正合剂联合 CEF 方案治疗乳腺癌具有较好的临床效果，可提高患者的生存质量，降低药物不良反应及多重耐药性。
목적：탐토부정합제연합 CEF 방안치료유선암적림상효과。방법선취아원수치적56례유선암환자，장기수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조각28례，기중대조조채용보조화료，치료조재대조조기출상가용부정합제，관찰병비교량조환자적료효。결과치료조환자총유효솔위82.1%，명현고우대조조총유효솔57.1%，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。량조환자치료전적생존질량비교，차이무통계학의의（P >0.05）；치료후량조환자적생존질량균고우치료전（P <0.05），차치료조생존질량제고우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。치료조백세포하강솔위14.3%，명현저우대조조백세포하강솔39.3%，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）；치료조악심구토발생솔위10.7%，명현저우대조조악심구토발생솔35.7%，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。량조환자치료후곡광감태전이매화 P -당단백적표체정황비교，치료조양성표체솔명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。결론부정합제연합 CEF 방안치료유선암구유교호적림상효과，가제고환자적생존질량，강저약물불량반응급다중내약성。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on breast cancer treated with fuzheng mixture and CEF program. Methods Fifty - six breast cancer patients treated in the hospital were collected and ran-domized into a control group and a treatment group,28 cases in each one. The accessary chemotherapy was applied in the control group. On the basis of the treatment as the control group,fuzheng mixture was added. The efficacy was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 82. 1% in the treatment group,apparently higher than 57. 1% in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the survival quality was not different significantly in comparison of the patients in the two groups(P > 0. 05). After treatment,the survival quality was higher than that before treatment in both of the groups(P < 0. 05);and the result in the treatment group was better improved than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P < 0. 05). WBC was reduced by 14. 3% in the treatment group,apparently lower than 39. 3% in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P <0. 05). For the expressions of glutathione transferase and P - glycoprotein,the positive expressions in the treatment group were lower apparently than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P< 0. 05). Conclusion The combined therapy of fuzheng mixture and CEF program achieves the good clini-cal effect on breast cancer,improves patients′survival quality and reduces the adverse reaction and multi -drug resistance.
