通过真空四球摩擦试验机开展不同含氟基础油在不同环境压力下的摩擦学试验,采用扫描电子显微镜、X 射线光电子能谱仪等分析手段对磨损表面进行分析,结果表明:相对于常压条件,在真空条件下全氟聚醚油(PFPE)类基础油的抗磨减摩性能均变差,而氟硅油类基础油的抗磨能力变好,减摩能力变差,可能是由于在摩擦过程中,氟硅油与金属表面生成了一种含有 Fe—Si 键的物质,使得氟硅油在真空条件下抗磨能力提高。

By use of vacuum four-ball tribometer,the tribological behaviors of a series of base oils with fluorine were evaluated in air and vacuum environment,respectively. The worn surface was ana-lyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that relative to the atmospheric pressure condition,the anti-wear and friction reduction properties of perfluoropoly-ether oils (PFPE)are all degraded in vacuum,while the anti-wear properties of the fluorosilicone oils is improved and the friction reduction ability becomes poor in the same environment. This is due to the formation of new substance with Fe—Si bond during the friction process.
