教学基本功比赛是目前医学院校广泛采用的一种教学竞赛形式，是培养青年教师能力、提高教学水平的有效方式。先后参加校极、省级和国家级青年教师教学基本功比赛，文章结合自身实际，从授课内容选择、教案设计、课件制作、赛后反思等多个方面介绍了备赛、参赛过程及赛后体会，为青年教师今后参加此类比赛提供理论及实践依据。

Competition of basic teaching skills is popular among medical colleges and universities nowadays.It is an effective way to develop young teachers’ abilities and raise teaching standards.Combining the author’ s own experiences in taking part in competitions of young teachers’ basic teaching skills at school, provincial and national levels, the author introduces the preparation, the process of competition and the reflections on competition from the perspective of selection of teaching contents, teaching plan, and courseware making.This paper aims to make a comprehensive introduction of competitions of basic teaching skills and make references for competi-tions of this kind.
