采用再生粗骨料取代天然粗骨料(取代率z =0,50%,100%),研究再生粗骨料品质和取代率对再生混凝土收缩性能的影响。结果显示:简单破碎再生粗骨料混凝土的收缩率随着z 的增大而增大,与普通混凝土相比,60 d收缩率增大14.8%~55.8%,即收缩性能劣于普通混凝土;一次颗粒整形再生粗骨料混凝土的收缩率随着z 的增大变化很小,其收缩性能与普通混凝土接近;二次颗粒整形再生粗骨料混凝土的收缩率随着z 的增大而减小,与普通混凝土相比,60 d 收缩率减小了2.8%~14.6%,即收缩性能优于普通混凝土。

T he paper takes recycled coarse aggregate ( rather than natural aggregate,w ith the substitution rate z stands at 0,50% and 100%) as the study object and looks into the influence of its quality and substitution rate to the shrinkage performance of regenerating concrete. T he results indicate that the shrinkage rate for concrete of merely crushed aggregate goes up with the increase of z. T he shrinkage performance delivered fails to outshine that of ordinary concrete,as the rate for a 60 d period varies w ithin a range of 14. 8% ~55. 8%. In regard to concrete of re-profiled primary particle,the shrinkage rate shows only slight changes asz goes up,in other word its performance comes closer to that of the ordinary concrete. By contrast,concrete of re-profiled secondary particle displays a decline in shrinkage rate with the increase of z,meaning that the sample outperforms the ordinary sample in comparison. W ithin a period of 60 d,the shrinkage rate drops by a margin of 2. 8% ~14. 6%.
