医疗事故技术鉴定在医疗纠纷中的解决中起着重要作用，但是我国的鉴定技术还不够成熟，鉴定制度也不够完善。该研究通过分析我国目前医疗事故技术鉴定存在的问题，提出解决问题的方案，提高医疗事故技术鉴定的公信力，值得广泛使用。
