目的：探讨中心静脉导管(PICC)的维护方法，预防和减少因静脉置管而导致的感染及与导管相关的并发症。方法回顾性分析和总结PICC置管后存在的安全隐患，给予要因分析，阐述护理对策，实施安全规范的维护方法和措施。结果共实施安全规范的导管维护160次，无一例并发症发生。结论重视对PICC导管的安全管理，加强对患者的健康宣教，有效防范导管留置期的安全隐患及并发症的发生。
목적：탐토중심정맥도관(PICC)적유호방법，예방화감소인정맥치관이도치적감염급여도관상관적병발증。방법회고성분석화총결PICC치관후존재적안전은환，급여요인분석，천술호리대책，실시안전규범적유호방법화조시。결과공실시안전규범적도관유호160차，무일례병발증발생。결론중시대PICC도관적안전관리，가강대환자적건강선교，유효방범도관류치기적안전은환급병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the maintenance method of central venous catheter (PICC), and to prevent and reduce the infection caused by venous catheter and complications related to catheter. Methods A retrospective analysis and sum-mary of the PICC after the existence of hidden dangers, to give due to analysis, to explain the nursing measures, the imple-mentation of safety standards of maintenance methods and measures. Results 160 cases were carried out in a total of 1 cas-es, and no complications occurred. Conclusion To strengthen the safety management of PICC catheter, strengthen the health education of patients, and prevent the safety problems and complications.
