数量庞大的新生代农民工群体给城镇现有的公共服务供给造成了巨大压力。政府作为城镇公共服务供给的主体，为了应对这种压力，应该加强基本公共服务能力建设。基本公共服务水平的提高对于促进新生代农民工顺利实现市民化具有重要意义。基于基本公共服务均等化理论的介绍，及以政府为主体进行加强基本公共服务建设方面的分析，得出基本公共服务均等化的实现可以更快推进新生代农民工市民化进程。
數量龐大的新生代農民工群體給城鎮現有的公共服務供給造成瞭巨大壓力。政府作為城鎮公共服務供給的主體，為瞭應對這種壓力，應該加彊基本公共服務能力建設。基本公共服務水平的提高對于促進新生代農民工順利實現市民化具有重要意義。基于基本公共服務均等化理論的介紹，及以政府為主體進行加彊基本公共服務建設方麵的分析，得齣基本公共服務均等化的實現可以更快推進新生代農民工市民化進程。

The large number of new generation of migrant workers have caused a huge pressure on the urban existing public services .As the mainly body of urban public service ,the government should strengthen the construction of basic public service ability to cope with the situation .The improvement of basic public service level is of great significance in promoting the new generation of migrant workers to smoothly realize their citizenship ,according to the theory ,w hich is based on the equalization of basic public service ,and the analysis of the government as the mainly force to strengthen the con‐struction of basic public service .It can be concluded that ,for the new generation of migrant workers , the better realization of the equal basic public service will quicken the process of their citizenship .
