受生物学弱电鱼的主动电场定位器官研究的启发,提出了将主动电场定位原理用于管道的泄漏检测的新方法。通过Ansoft maxwell有限元仿真和实验平台实际实验相结合,针对管道内淡水和脱水原油两种情况分别实验仿真。将实验数据和仿真数据分别处理,通过绘制定位曲线和时频分析,对比结果得出,主动电场法可以应用于管道的泄漏检测。当探头接近泄漏点时,接收电压会明显增大,根据此特征信号主动电场法可以精确定位泄漏点。从实验和仿真上证明了新型主动电场管道内检测的可行性。

Inspired by the research of active electrolocation organs of the weakly electric fish in biological, a new method which is active electric field principle is proposed for pipeline leakage detection. In order to verify this method, we study the pipeline detection in water and dehydrated crude oil through the experiment platform and Ansoft Maxwell. The positioning curve and time-frequency analysis can be obtained through dealing with the data of experiments and simulations. Positioning curve provides an available method to analyze the experimental results in the time domain. Time-frequency analysis can observe the frequency response of exciting signal when the detector has been inserted into pipes. The comparison of the both experiments and simulation results proves that the active electrolocation can be applied to pipeline detection. When probes are closing to the leaks, the voltage of received signal is increasing significantly. This is the character signal which can be used to position the leak of pipeline.
