目的：研究胃复安联合托烷司琼治疗乳腺癌患者化疗产生呕吐的效果。方法选择我科采用环磷酰胺、表柔比星、氟尿嘧啶（CEF）方案化疗后产生呕吐的患者90例，随机分为实验组及对照组，实验组给予胃复安联合托烷司琼治疗，对照组单独给予托烷司琼治疗，根据治疗后恶心呕吐缓解程度评判治疗有效率。结果实验组给予治疗后有效率为91％，对照组治疗后有效率为73％。结论对于乳腺癌患者化疗时产生呕吐，胃复安联合托烷司琼的治疗效果要优于单独用托烷司琼的治疗效果。
목적：연구위복안연합탁완사경치료유선암환자화료산생구토적효과。방법선택아과채용배린선알、표유비성、불뇨밀정（CEF）방안화료후산생구토적환자90례，수궤분위실험조급대조조，실험조급여위복안연합탁완사경치료，대조조단독급여탁완사경치료，근거치료후악심구토완해정도평판치료유효솔。결과실험조급여치료후유효솔위91％，대조조치료후유효솔위73％。결론대우유선암환자화료시산생구토，위복안연합탁완사경적치료효과요우우단독용탁완사경적치료효과。
Objective To study the metoclopramide combined with tropisetron treatment in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy causes vomiting effect .Methods the Cyclophosphamide、epirubicin and Fluorouracil (CEF) after chemotherapy schemes produce vomiting 9 0 patients ,randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group ,the experimental group were given metoclopramide combined with tropisetron treatment , the control group was only treated with tropisetrontreatment ,according to the treatment of nausea and vomiting after remissiondegree evaluation of therapeutic efficiency .Results The experimental group was given after the treatment efficiency is 9 1% ,control group after the treatment efficiency of 7 3% .Conclusion Vomiting for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy ,metoclopramide combined with tropisetron treatment effects is batter than the single use of tropisetron treatment effect .
