豆大蓟马(Megalurothrips usitatus )是近年来严重制约海南豇豆生产的重要害虫。本文应用正八角体和正六角体装置分别研究了豆大蓟马成虫对8种颜色色卡及其虚拟波长(白 polychromatic light、紫380 nm、蓝440 nm、浅蓝461 nm、绿510 nm、黄绿540 nm、黄580 nm、红647 nm)和5种波长发光二极管(LED)(紫405 nm、蓝461 nm、绿519 nm、黄570 nm 和红650 nm)的趋性反应。结果表明,波长为440 nm 和461 nm 及其对应的蓝色和浅蓝色色卡对豆大蓟马成虫的吸引率显著高于其他虚拟波长对应的颜色色卡,其次是波长为540 nm 的黄绿色和复色光对应的白色。在光趋性试验中,波长为461 nm 的蓝光 LED 灯对豆大蓟马成虫的吸引率显著高于其他颜色波长的 LED 灯。综合分析不同颜色色卡和 LED 光波对豆大蓟马的引诱作用,两者均表明豆大蓟马对波长为440~461 nm 的蓝色(光)最敏感,由此可见,蓝色粘虫板或蓝光诱虫灯可作为监测和防治豆大蓟马的一种有效手段。

The bean flower thrips,Megalurothrips usitatus (Bagnall)is a key restricted factor for cowpea produc-tion in Hainan.In the current study,RGB values and virtual wavelengths were converted each other based on Dan Bruton’s wavelength to RGB function.Eight color papers were printed by color printer based on RGB values [(255,255,255),(97,0,97),(0,0,255),(0,127,255),(0,255,0),(129,255,0),(255,255,0),(255, 0,0)]and were chosen to test the color preference of the bean flower thrips M.usitatus in an octagon maze,and their equivalent wavelengths were polychromatic light,380 nm,440 nm,461 nm,5 10 nm,540 nm,580 nm,and 647 nm,respectively.The color papers with the spectrum of 440 nm (blue,with RGB values of 0,0,255 )and 461 nm (cambridge blue,with RGB values of 0,127,255 )showed highest attractiveness followed by 540 nm (chartreuse green,with RGB values of 129,255,0)and polychromatic light (white,with RGB values of 255, 255,255).In addition,the light preference of M.usitatus was also indicated that blue LED (461 nm)was signifi-cantly more attractive than the other color LEDs.In total,the results suggest that blue series stimuli should be a crucial cue to attract M.usitatus ,and blue sticky traps and/or light traps could be a useful device for monitoring and managing M.usitatus .
