采用湿法制粒压片,以崩解时间、硬度、脆碎度为评价指标,筛选葛根总黄酮口崩片的最优处方。结果表明,葛根总黄酮口崩片最优处方为:40%葛根总黄酮,43%MCC,10%L-HPC,0.5%硬脂酸镁,其崩解时间为16 s,硬度为2.33 kg,脆碎度0.7%。
採用濕法製粒壓片,以崩解時間、硬度、脆碎度為評價指標,篩選葛根總黃酮口崩片的最優處方。結果錶明,葛根總黃酮口崩片最優處方為:40%葛根總黃酮,43%MCC,10%L-HPC,0.5%硬脂痠鎂,其崩解時間為16 s,硬度為2.33 kg,脆碎度0.7%。

Using the wet granule compressing method to screening the optimal formulation technology of orally disintegrating tablets of Radix Puerariae flavones by the evaluation index of disintegration time, hardness and friability.
