采用湿法制粒压片,以崩解时间、硬度、脆碎度为评价指标,筛选葛根总黄酮口崩片的最优处方。结果表明,葛根总黄酮口崩片最优处方为：40%葛根总黄酮,43%MCC,10%L-HPC,0.5%硬脂酸镁,其崩解时间为16 s,硬度为2.33 kg,脆碎度0.7%。

Using the wet granule compressing method to screening the optimal formulation technology of orally disintegrating tablets of Radix Puerariae flavones by the evaluation index of disintegration time, hardness and friability. The result showed that the optimal formulation technology of orally disintegrating tablets of Radix Puerariae flavones was 40%,43%MCC,10%L-HPC,0. 5% magnesium stearate,and dis-integration time,hardness and friability were 16 s,2. 33 kg and 0. 7%.
