用水提取红芪多糖,以红芪多糖的得率、提取物的DPPH自由基清除率为指标,采用综合加权评分法考察了温度、加水量、提取次数、提取时间对多糖得率及抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,温提温度70℃,15倍量水提取2次,每次3 h,醇沉浓度70%,多糖得率可达5.41%,DPPH清除率可达0.8325%。

Radix Hedysari polysaccharide yield,extract on DPPH free radical scavenging rate as the in-dex,the effects of temperature,water quantity,extraction times and extraction time on the yield and antiox-idant activity of polysaccharides were investigated by used the synthetic weighted mark method. Results showed that the extraction temperature was 70 ℃,15 times the amount of water extracted 2 times,each time 3 h. Alcohol concentration of 70%,the rate of polysaccharide was 5. 41%,DPPH removal rate was 0 . 832 5%.
