援非医学留学生回国工作面临多种难题，主要集中在学习内容与留学生生源国的病谱不完全一致、临床基本功以及实践培训存在不足、创新意识和科研意识不高、缺乏医学人文精神教育。要改善这些问题，需要从以下几方面出发：改善学习的内容与方法，让留学生所学内容与所在国家的病谱相符合；让留学生能够有更多的临床实践机会，提高临床实践能力；强化留学生的创新意识与科研能力；加强对留学生的人文教育以及职业道德教育。通过多种途径来提高这些留学生的回国就业能力。

Returned medical students involved in African-aid projects are facing many challenges, mainly in the differences of disease spectrum from foreign countries, inadequacy of basic clinical skills and practical training, lack of innovation and research awareness and medical humanities education.Measures should be taken to further improve the quality of education of returned medical students from the following aspects:improvement of learning contents and methods for the consistent disease spectrum,more clinical practice op-portunities to improve their ability in clinical practice, strengthening the sense of innovation and scientific research ability and enhan-cing humanities education as well as professional ethics education.
