为了比较红色、紫色、黄色3个野生樱桃李品种与栽培品种樱桃李果肉中总酚的含量及其抗氧化活性的差异,建立了以没食子酸为对照品测定樱桃李总酚含量的方法,并采用FRAP法与DPPH法测定总酚的抗氧化能力。结果表明,樱桃李各品种的平均总酚含量与其抗氧化活性并非正向相关,栽培品种更有优越性。
為瞭比較紅色、紫色、黃色3箇野生櫻桃李品種與栽培品種櫻桃李果肉中總酚的含量及其抗氧化活性的差異,建立瞭以沒食子痠為對照品測定櫻桃李總酚含量的方法,併採用FRAP法與DPPH法測定總酚的抗氧化能力。結果錶明,櫻桃李各品種的平均總酚含量與其抗氧化活性併非正嚮相關,栽培品種更有優越性。

To explore the differences between the content of total phenol and the activity of antioxidant in the three varieties of flesh of Prunus cerasifera and its cultivars. The regression equation which used gallic acid as comparison has been established for the determination of the total phenol in Prunus cerasifera. Using FRAP method and DPPH method to determinate the antioxidant activity of the total phenol. The re-sults showed that the average content of total phenol and its antioxidant activity in each varieties of Prunus cerasifera was positively correlation. And the cultivars were better than the other varieties.
