建立测定葡萄酒中甜蜜素的离子色谱法( IC法)。进行IC法与气色谱法( GC法)比对实验,并对2种方法的实验数据进行统计学分析。结果表明,在选定实验条件下, IC 法和 GC 法的相关系数 r 分别为0.9996和0.9999,平均回收率分别为95.5%,93.8%,相对标准偏差分别为1.38%,2.27%。两种方法检测结果之间无显著性差异。 IC法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,适用于葡萄酒中甜蜜素的测定。

To develope a method of determination of sodium cyclamate in wine by ion chromatography. The comparison experiment of GC and IC was performed, the experimental data were statistically ana-lyzed. Results showed that under the certain experimental condition, the correlation efficient ( r ) were 0. 999 6 and 0. 999 9,respectively. Average recoveries were 95. 5% and 93. 8%,RSD were 1. 38% and 2. 27%. The results of two methods was not significantly different. IC was simple, rapid and accurate, Which was suitable for determination of sodium cyclamate in wine.
