本文运用文献资料法和比较分析法，论述了高校体育文化的内涵与构成；体育类学生社团的特点与推动高校体育文化建设的作用；找出了体育类学生社团在高校体育文化发展中存在的问题以及体育类学生社团促进高校体育文化建设的有效途径。分析认为体育类学生社团对推动高校体育文化建设作用显著，应充分发挥体育类学生社团在高校中的优势地位，建立促进高校体育文化建设的有效途径是高校体育文化建设的重要举措，符合党和国家对于“加快建设文化强国”基本国策的要求。

This paper ,by using documental data and comparative analysis ,expands the connota‐tion and components of the university PE culture ,discusses the characteristics of the communities of PE students and the function of pushing the construction of PE culture in universities ,and then finds out the existing problems in the PE cultural development as well as the effective ways in pushing the construction of PE culture in campus by communities of PE students .It is believed that the communi‐ties of PE students have played a distinctive function in pushing the construction of PE culture in uni‐versities .Therefore ,the universities should fully exert the advantages of the PE communities .To construct and accelerate the effective ways of PE culture in universities is an important measure for the building of university PE culture ,which is in conformity with the basic state policy of “quickening the construction of a cultural power” required by the Party and the Country .
