目的：研究评价在乳腺癌病患的临床治疗中个案管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月—2014年8月在该院接受治疗的乳腺癌病患90例，随机将这些病患分成两组，治疗组与对照组，每组共有病患45例，为对照组中的病患提供常规护理，治疗组在常规护理的基础上加入个案管理模式，对比两组病患的满意度和依从性。结果治疗组中病患的满意度与依从性均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗乳腺癌病患过程中，个案管理模式不仅能使护理质量得到有效提升，还能加强病患的生活质量，应在临床治疗中推广使用。
목적：연구평개재유선암병환적림상치료중개안관리모식적응용효과。방법선취2013년8월—2014년8월재해원접수치료적유선암병환90례，수궤장저사병환분성량조，치료조여대조조，매조공유병환45례，위대조조중적병환제공상규호리，치료조재상규호리적기출상가입개안관리모식，대비량조병환적만의도화의종성。결과치료조중병환적만의도여의종성균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재림상치료유선암병환과정중，개안관리모식불부능사호리질량득도유효제승，환능가강병환적생활질량，응재림상치료중추엄사용。
Objective In order to further study in the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients and application effect of case management model. Methods August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital for treatment of breast cancer patients, 90 people, these patients into two groups randomly, the treatment group and control group, each group a total of 45 patients to provide routine care to patients in control group, treatment group on the basis of conventional nursing to join the case man-agement model, compared two groups of patients' satisfaction and adherence. Results The patients' satisfaction and adher-ence in treatment group were higher than that of control group, P<0.05, statistically significance. Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of breast cancer patients, case management model can not only effectively improve quality of care, and also can strengthen the patient's quality of life, should be used in clinical treatment.
