目的:探讨激励理论在基础护理学实验课教学当中的应用效果。方法选择我校2011级和2012级护理本科专业学生作为研究对象,对照组为2011级158人,实验组为2012级160人。两组制定相同的教学计划,对照组学生参加全部项目考核,将单项考核免考作为激励机制纳入实验组学生考核中。结果9项考核中实验组的平均成绩均高于对照组,其中6项考核,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义;实验组与对照组及格率比较,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义。结论激励理论的融入有助于营造良好的学习氛围,提高了护生的考试成绩,应充分运用到教学实践中。

Objective To explore the application effect of incentive theory in the experimental teaching of basic nursing science.Methods 2011 grade and 2012 grade nursing students were selected as the research object, the control group was 158 students of grade 2011, the experimental group was 160 students of grade 2012. Two groups make the same teaching plan and control group students to participate in all project assessment, the assessment of individual exemption as incentive mechanism into the students in the experimental group assessment.Results The average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, 6 of which were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05). The difference of percent of pass between the experimental group and the control group was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of incentive theory can help to create a good learning atmosphere, improve the students' test scores, should be fully applied to teaching practice.
