样品前处理技术是分析化学的瓶颈,1987年提出固相微萃取( SPME)后样品前处理领域极大进步。近年出现的多种SPME涂层材料和制备技术,进一步拓宽了SPME在活体和现场分析中的应用。综述了固相微萃取技术相关模式,包括纤维固相微萃取、管内萃取和搅拌棒萃取等模式,并阐述了固相微萃取的发展趋势。

Sample preparation is the bottleneck of analytical chemistry. 1987 introduction of the solid phase micro-extraction ( SPME) has brought significant progress in the sample preparation area. Some kinds of new coatings appeared in recent years. These new coatings extend the application of SPME in fields of on-site and in vivo analysis. This paper reviewed developments of solid phase micro-extraction modes,it inclu-ding fiber solid phase micro extraction,in-tube solid phase micro extraction,stir-bar surptive extraction,and their future development is predicted.
