随着我国社会人口老龄化，老年患者的手术越来越多，而高龄患者手术后可发生的精神神经并发症中术后认知功能障碍（Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction ，POCD）的发生率引起高度重视，它将成为一个严重的社会问题。POCD的发病机制目前尚不清楚，可能与多种因素相互协同作用有关，有许多研究显示麻醉能够导致或增加老年患者POCD的发生。本文将从麻醉以及手术、年龄等因素方面对老年患者POCD的影响作一综述，为指导临床麻醉工作及如何防治POCD作为参考，减少老年患者术后并发症的发生，有利于患者康复。

With an aging population of our country ,the amount of elderly patients with operation is in-creasing .And postoperative cognitive dysfunction (postoperative cognitive dysfunction ,POCD) may occurred with mental and neurological complication in the group of postoperative elderly patients ,and it will become a se-rious social problem .The pathogenesis of POCD is not clear ,it may be related to the interaction of many fac-tors ,and many studies have show n that anesthesia can cause or increase the incidence of POCD in elderly pa-tients .This article reviewed the influence factors in POCD including the anesthesia ,surgery and age in elderly patients ,in order to guide clinical anesthesia ,prevent POCD and shorten the hospitalization days .
