以马来酸酐和苯甲胺为原料制备了N-苄基马来酰亚胺( NBMI),然后采用溶液聚合法与甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸共聚合成了油溶性三元聚合物降黏剂BSA,并用红外光谱表征聚合物的结构和组成特性。通过对其降黏效果的评价,确定了最佳合成条件为:n(甲基丙烯酸十八酯)∶n(NBMI)∶n(丙烯酸)=8∶2∶2,引发剂用量为1.2%,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为5 h。在50℃条件下,降黏剂加量为1000 mg/L 时,稠油的黏度由4360 mPa·s降到873 mPa·s,表现出了良好的降黏效果。

The N-benzylmaleimide( NBMI) was produced by maleic anhydride and benzene methanamine. And the oil-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer was synthesized by solution polymerization with octadecyl methacrylate,acrylic acid and the prepared N-benzylmaleimide. The chemical structure and composition of the copolymer was identified by IR spectrum. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follow:n(octadecyl methacrylate)∶n(acrylic acid)∶n(N-benzylmaleimide) =8∶2∶2,the initiator dosage was 1. 2%,polymerization temperature was 75℃,and the reaction time was 5 h. Further,the viscosity was de-creased from 4 360 mPa · s to 873 mPa · s when the dosage of viscosity reducer was 1 000 mg/L at 50 ℃.
