目的：观察银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死恢复期患者血液流变学的影响。方法将67例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为两组。对照组33例，予西医常规治疗；治疗组34例，在对照组治疗的基础上加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液静脉输注。两组均治疗2周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学、神经功能缺损评分的变化，以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，治疗组血液流变学及神经功能缺损评分改善优于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05)，不良反应轻微。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液具有活血通络之功效，是治疗脑梗死安全有效的药物。
목적：관찰은행이첩내지포알주사액대동맥죽양경화성혈전성뇌경사회복기환자혈액류변학적영향。방법장67례동맥죽양경화성혈전성뇌경사회복기환자수궤분위량조。대조조33례，여서의상규치료；치료조34례，재대조조치료적기출상가용은행이첩내지포알주사액정맥수주。량조균치료2주。관찰비교량조환자치료전후혈액류변학、신경공능결손평분적변화，이급불량반응발생정황。결과치료후，치료조혈액류변학급신경공능결손평분개선우우치료전여대조조(P<0.05)，불량반응경미。결론은행이첩내지포알주사액구유활혈통락지공효，시치료뇌경사안전유효적약물。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo terpene lactones meglumine injection on blood hemorheology in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.Methods Sixty seven patients with cerebral infarction convalescence were randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=33)treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group(n=34)treated with routine treat-ment plus Ginkgo terpene lactones meglumine injection for 2 weeks.The changes of blood rheology,nerve function defect score and side effects were observed after 2 weeks.Results After treatment,the changes of blood rheology and nerve function defect score in treatment group were better than that before treatment and in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo terpene lactones meglu-mine injection has good and safe effects in patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.
