目的：观察畅心饮治疗对冠心病患者尿微量白蛋白(UACR)、血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的影响,探讨其对血管内皮的保护作用,以及这种保护作用与抗血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的关系。方法将86例冠心病患者分为两组,对照组行规范西医治疗,治疗组行规范西医治疗基础上加用畅心饮口服。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后尿微量白蛋白和血清 AngⅡ水平的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为76.1%,高于对照组的52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比,UACR、AngⅡ水平显著下降(P<0.05),各组尿微量白蛋白和血清 AngⅡ之间均存在着显著的相关性。结论对已经进行规范西医治疗的冠心病患者,畅心饮可进一步改善对血管内皮的保护作用,其机制与调控 AngⅡ水平有关。
목적：관찰창심음치료대관심병환자뇨미량백단백(UACR)、혈청혈관긴장소Ⅱ(AngⅡ)수평적영향,탐토기대혈관내피적보호작용,이급저충보호작용여항혈관긴장소Ⅱ(AngⅡ)수평적관계。방법장86례관심병환자분위량조,대조조행규범서의치료,치료조행규범서의치료기출상가용창심음구복。관찰량조림상료효급치료전후뇨미량백단백화혈청 AngⅡ수평적변화。결과치료조림상료효총유효솔위76.1%,고우대조조적52.5%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료조치료후여치료전급대조조치료후상비,UACR、AngⅡ수평현저하강(P<0.05),각조뇨미량백단백화혈청 AngⅡ지간균존재착현저적상관성。결론대이경진행규범서의치료적관심병환자,창심음가진일보개선대혈관내피적보호작용,기궤제여조공 AngⅡ수평유관。
Objective To investigate the effects of Changxinyin decoction(CXYD)on the levels of albuminuria and serum angiotensinⅡ in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Eighty six patients with CHD were randomly divided into two groups:The control group treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group treated with routine treatment plus CXYD.The clinical effica-cy,albuminuria and serum angiotensin Ⅱlevels were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was 76. 1% in treatment group,which was higher than that in control group(52.5%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of albuminuria and serum angiotensinⅡ in treatment group were decreased,which was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the albuminuria level dem-onstrated a significant relation to serum angiotensinⅡ level in each groups.Conclusion CXYD can furthere improve the clinical effi-cacy and ameliorate vascular endothelial protection in patients with CHD,and this protection is significantly related to their angioten-sin Ⅱlevels.
