根据压裂液行业标准对多羟基胺类复合型防膨剂进行室内性能评价,为其现场应用奠定基础。结果表明,复合型防膨剂在加量为0.5%时,防膨率高达82%;耐温抗剪切性能、热稳定性能均较好,对压裂液破胶性影响小,与压裂液配伍性良好,对岩心水敏性伤害小。

Evaluate more-hydroxy amine compound anti-swelling agent performance indoor, according to the fracturing fluid industry standard, then lay a foundation for its field applications. The results show that,the anti-swelling rate was up to 82% when the concentration of the compound anti-swelling agent was 0. 5%. The temperature shear and thermal stability of complex anti-swelling agent were good. It had small influence on fracturing fluid gel breaking,and good compatibility with the fracturing fluid;The water sen-sitivity of core damage was small.
