介绍了高速铁路无砟轨道嵌缝材料伤损现状,分析了沥青类嵌缝材料的失效原因及失效嵌缝材料对无砟轨道结构耐久性的危害。根据无砟轨道伸缩缝的工况环境和变形特点,提出了修补材料的性能要求,并自主研发出硅酮嵌缝材料。结合天窗期内修补特点,提出了简便、快捷、高效的修补工艺。同时,在天窗期内,采用硅酮嵌缝材料对高铁线路失效嵌缝材料进行了现场修补,修补效果良好。

Joint sealant material damage status of high speed railway ballastless track was introduced,the failure reason of asphalt joint sealant material was analyzed,and the harm of failure joint sealant material to structure durability of ballastless track was described. According to working environment and deformation features of ballastless track expansion joints,the performance requirements of repair materials was presented and silicone joint sealant material was developed independently. By combing with repair characteristics in the“skylight period”,a simple,fast and efficient repair process was proposed and silicone joint sealant material was used to repair failure joint sealant material of high speed railway during the same time,the repair effect of which is good.
