目的:探讨医院药房管理中存在的问题,并拟定改进措施。方法选取该院自2013年6月—2014年6月收诊的患者1100例用药患者作为对照组,此时采取常规管理,对其临床资料进行分析,结合医院药房管理情况,探讨医院药房管理中所存在的问题,选取该院自2014年6月—2015年3月收诊的患者1100例用药患者作为观察组,根据问题拟定有针对性的改进措施,采取有针对性的医院药房管理,观察两组临床用药情况。结果观察组医疗纠纷、用药依从、安全用药、有效用药情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度97.09%,对照组总满意度83.55%,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以往的药房管理存在许多问题采用改进后的药房管理措施可以有效的改善患者用药情况,提高患者满意度。

목적:탐토의원약방관리중존재적문제,병의정개진조시。방법선취해원자2013년6월—2014년6월수진적환자1100례용약환자작위대조조,차시채취상규관리,대기림상자료진행분석,결합의원약방관리정황,탐토의원약방관리중소존재적문제,선취해원자2014년6월—2015년3월수진적환자1100례용약환자작위관찰조,근거문제의정유침대성적개진조시,채취유침대성적의원약방관리,관찰량조림상용약정황。결과관찰조의료규분、용약의종、안전용약、유효용약정황균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조총만의도97.09%,대조조총만의도83.55%,관찰조총만의도고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론이왕적약방관리존재허다문제채용개진후적약방관리조시가이유효적개선환자용약정황,제고환자만의도。
Objective To investigate the hospital pharmacy management problems and to develop improvements. Methods In our hospital from June 2013 - June 2014 patients receive diagnosis of 1100 cases of patients on the drug as a control group, then take conventional management, were analyzed clinical data, combined with the hospital pharmacy management, and explore the hospital pharmacy management the existence of problems in our hospital from June 2014 to March 2015 pa-tients received treatment in patients diagnosed in 1100 cases as the observation group, according to the problem to develop targeted improvement measures, adopt targeted hospital pharmacy management, were observed in clinical drug use. Results The medical disputes, medication adherence, medication safety, and effective medications are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group total satisfaction 97.09% in the control group, the to-tal satisfaction of 83.55%, total satisfaction was higher in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The conventional pharmacy management there are many problems, and the use of improved pharmacy management measures can effectively improve patients' drug use, improve patient satisfaction.
