采用2种猪伪狂犬病gE抗体ELISA检测试剂盒分别检测1100份猪血清，应用Kappa检验比较试验数据的一致性。结果显示：2种猪伪狂犬病抗体检测试剂盒都具有很好的重复性，检测定性结果一致性强度为极好，Kappa值=0.929（95%置信区间：0.899~0.959），其符合率达98.2%，说明2种猪伪狂犬病抗体检测试剂盒都适用于PRV gE抗体检测。
採用2種豬偽狂犬病gE抗體ELISA檢測試劑盒分彆檢測1100份豬血清，應用Kappa檢驗比較試驗數據的一緻性。結果顯示：2種豬偽狂犬病抗體檢測試劑盒都具有很好的重複性，檢測定性結果一緻性彊度為極好，Kappa值=0.929（95%置信區間：0.899~0.959），其符閤率達98.2%，說明2種豬偽狂犬病抗體檢測試劑盒都適用于PRV gE抗體檢測。
채용2충저위광견병gE항체ELISA검측시제합분별검측1100빈저혈청，응용Kappa검험비교시험수거적일치성。결과현시：2충저위광견병항체검측시제합도구유흔호적중복성，검측정성결과일치성강도위겁호，Kappa치=0.929（95%치신구간：0.899~0.959），기부합솔체98.2%，설명2충저위광견병항체검측시제합도괄용우PRV gE항체검측。
To compare the consistency between the results of two different PRV gE antibody ELISA kits by Kappa test. 1 100 swine serum samples were tested by the PRV gE antibody ELISA kits produced by two different firms. The results showed that the two kits both had good repeatability, and the consistency rate was 98.2%. The Kappa value was 0.929 (95%CI:0.899, 0.959). two kits are both applicable to detect PRV gE antibody.
