为探讨生物修复对改善动物园涉禽湖水水质的影响,将杀藻剂、絮凝剂、改底剂和微生物复合粉按特定的时间和比例作用于福州动物园涉禽湖水水体,通过测定生物修复前后细菌菌落总数、大肠杆菌菌落总数、透明度、pH值、化学耗氧量、亚硝酸盐、总磷、总氮等水质监测指标的变化来探讨水体生物修复效果。结果表明,经生物修复后水体化学耗氧量、pH值和透明度修复后达到地表水环境质量标准Ⅲ类;亚硝酸盐、总氮和大肠杆菌菌落总数修复后有改善,但未达到地表水环境质量标准Ⅲ类,总磷、细菌菌落总数修复后没有改善。说明生物修复能在一定程度改善涉禽湖水水质。
為探討生物脩複對改善動物園涉禽湖水水質的影響,將殺藻劑、絮凝劑、改底劑和微生物複閤粉按特定的時間和比例作用于福州動物園涉禽湖水水體,通過測定生物脩複前後細菌菌落總數、大腸桿菌菌落總數、透明度、pH值、化學耗氧量、亞硝痠鹽、總燐、總氮等水質鑑測指標的變化來探討水體生物脩複效果。結果錶明,經生物脩複後水體化學耗氧量、pH值和透明度脩複後達到地錶水環境質量標準Ⅲ類;亞硝痠鹽、總氮和大腸桿菌菌落總數脩複後有改善,但未達到地錶水環境質量標準Ⅲ類,總燐、細菌菌落總數脩複後沒有改善。說明生物脩複能在一定程度改善涉禽湖水水質。
위탐토생물수복대개선동물완섭금호수수질적영향,장살조제、서응제、개저제화미생물복합분안특정적시간화비례작용우복주동물완섭금호수수체,통과측정생물수복전후세균균락총수、대장간균균락총수、투명도、pH치、화학모양량、아초산염、총린、총담등수질감측지표적변화래탐토수체생물수복효과。결과표명,경생물수복후수체화학모양량、pH치화투명도수복후체도지표수배경질량표준Ⅲ류;아초산염、총담화대장간균균락총수수복후유개선,단미체도지표수배경질량표준Ⅲ류,총린、세균균락총수수복후몰유개선。설명생물수복능재일정정도개선섭금호수수질。
To improved the water quality of waterfowl lake in the Fuzhou zoo and explore the bioremediation of the water quality, The algicide, flocculants, bottom change agent and microorganism complex powder were sprayed to the lake, according to the specific time and proportion. Before and after bioremediation, water samples were collected and the water quality indicators were determined, in-cluding the total number of E. coli, the total number of bacteria, transparency, pH number, chemical oxygen consumption, nitrite, total phosphorus and total nitrogen. Results showed that after bioremediation,chemical oxygen consumption, nitrite content and total nitro-gen, total phosphorus and total number of E. coli were reduced significantly, pH and transparency were significantly increased, illus-trating that the bioremediation can obviously improve water quality of the wader lake. After bioremediation, the total number of bacte-ria is higher than before bioremediation, indicating that the bacteria of microorganism complex powder in water were still in the grow-ing.
