目的：将新的教学方法应用于临床工作，提高输液工具的选择和穿刺部位的正确率。方法通过对全院静脉输液现状的调查，了解临床护士选择输液工具和穿刺部位的现状，采用项目导向教学法进行培训，达到改变护理人员理念，正确选择输液工具和穿刺部位的目的。结果主动静脉治疗理念得到普及，静脉炎等并发症发生率明显降低，患者的满意度明显提高。结论采用项目导向教学法，可以使护士更加合理地选择输液工具和穿刺部位。

목적：장신적교학방법응용우림상공작，제고수액공구적선택화천자부위적정학솔。방법통과대전원정맥수액현상적조사，료해림상호사선택수액공구화천자부위적현상，채용항목도향교학법진행배훈，체도개변호리인원이념，정학선택수액공구화천자부위적목적。결과주동정맥치료이념득도보급，정맥염등병발증발생솔명현강저，환자적만의도명현제고。결론채용항목도향교학법，가이사호사경가합리지선택수액공구화천자부위。
Objective To apply the new teaching method in clinical work, improve the infusion tool selection and puncture of the time. Methods Based on the floor of the investigation of the status quo of the iv fluids, to understand the clinical nurses choose infusion tools and the status quo of puncture, project oriented teaching method is adopted to improve the training, to the idea of nursing staff, correct selection of tools and the purpose of the puncture infusion. Results Intravenous treatment concept gained popularity, decrease incidence of complications such as phlebitis, obviously improve the patients' satisfaction. Conclusion The project oriented teaching method, can make more reasonable choice infusion nurses tools and puncture.
