妇产科的临床带教阶段是护生将自己所学的理论知识与实践操作有效结合的重要时期，它不仅关系着学生的专业水平和综合素质能力的培养，还体现到了临床带教科室与医院整体的综合能力，它是学生成为一名专业合格的护理人员必经的阶段。由于妇产科自身教学的特殊性以及会受到一些社会偏见和传统观念的影响，往往很难达到理想的实习效果，因此在进行妇产科的临床带教过程中要培养学生主动学习的积极性和独立工作的能力，注重增强学生理论知识与实践操作相结合的能力，提高自身的综合素质，运用灵活创新的教学方式，进一步适应现代医学教育的需求。

Due to the particularity of obstetrics and gynecology teaching itself, and will be affected by the social prejudice and the in-fluence of traditional concepts, it is often difficult to achieve ideal internship effect, therefore in the process of clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology to cultivate students' active learning the enthusiasm and ability to work independently, pay attention to enhance students' ability of theory combined with practice, improve their comprehensive quality, using flexi-ble teaching methods, to adapt to the demand of modern medical education.
