目的:通过对该院2005年10月—2014年3月流感样病例标本的病原学监测结果进行分析,了解该院流感病毒的病原学特征,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法将内科、急诊科和儿科门诊设置为监测科室,按照国家方案要求开展监测工作,并对监测数据进行分析。结果2005—2014年监测年度共检测鼻、咽拭子标本3010份,检测到阳性标本364例,阳性率为12.09%,经分型鉴定季节性H1N1流感病毒24例、甲型H1N1流感病毒123例,季节性流感A (H3N2)142例,B型75例。各个监测年度的流感病毒阳性率及病毒构成比各不相同,冬春季节为流感的流行高峰,5~14岁和15~24岁的阳性率比较高,且性别阳性率无统计学差异。结论流感的流行有一定的季节性,流感发病人群与性别无关,但与年龄有关。

Objective To analyze the result of influenza surveillance and explore the virological characteristics from 2005 to 2014 to provide the scientific supports for the prevention for influenza prevention. Methods The medical clinic, emergency department and children clinic were set up as monitor clinic, surveillance work were carried out in agreement with national influenza surveillance program and the results were analyzed. Results A total number of 3 010 samples were collected from 2005 to 2014,with 364 strains identified for influenza virus (12.09%). Among them, 24 strains were seasonal A (H1N1) in-fluenza viruses, 123 pandemic A (H1N1) subtype, 142 A (H3N2) subtype, and 75 B subtype. The influenza virus subtype and the construct rate of different surveillance years are different. At the same time, the winter-spring were the prevalent season for influenza virus, and the highest positive rate were 5~14 years and 15~24 years. There is not statically difference be-tween genders for positive rate. Conclusion Influenza virus prevails seasonally. The positive rate is correlated with the age but independent of gender.
